Alexandra was born and raised in Lima, Peru and moved to London in August 2021.

Alexandra was the CEO of Teatro La Plaza, one of Latin America’s leading theatre companies and People’s Palace Projects’ partner. There, she oversaw the production of over 100 theatre plays for adults and children, which included internationally acclaimed plays such as Mamma Mia!, Billy Elliot, The curious incident of the dog in the nighttime, Much ado about nothing, Hamlet (with a cast of actors with down syndrome), among many others. In addition to theatrical activity (which catered for 350,000+ audience members per year among 4+ theatre venues in Lima) she also led two additional areas within La Plaza: an educational outreach programme and a two-week long international theatre festival yearly, which strived to find local inspiration and connect Peruvian artists and their work to the world.

Ale currently works as a Project Manager and Producer in our London office.

She finds in the arts a vehicle to generate small (or big) transformations in society, contributing to the development of more critical, just and happy people.
